Simple Windows 7 trick I learned on learn.iis.net today. To open an application as an administrator from the Start Menu (apart from right clicking and selecting the option)… Type the name of the application in the search box and click SHIFT+CTRL+ENTER. The application will open with administration privileges. Simple and useful.
